I gave it a 3 star rating as the hands could have been a bit smaller, though the retro GI Joes could have hands which were a bit larger. The retro look on the small hands were the same when I was growing up. Also the sailor's cap did not look authentic; I can say that because my dad was once a sailor and I remember in a group picture what an authentic sailor's cap looks like. There is one thing I failed to mention that being the Commemorative Issues of the GI Joe Action figures are the ones with the larger hands. Go for the retro look; the only real difference between now and the sixties is the face maybe a tad smaller and more narrow, and the scar more distinctive. BUT VERY, VERY CLOSE...I FEEL FORTUNATE TO HAVE PURCHASED 2 OF THE RETROS, WHICH BRING BACK A LOT OF FOND MEMORIES OF ME AND MY BROTHER AS KIDS !

Got this as a Christmas gift for my dad who's retired from the Navy; he flipped. Awesome product!

My wife gave this to me at Christmas to add to my military history items of WW2. All I have to do now is get a stand for it.

my daughter was happy to get it as a gift that reminds her of her grandfather who was on a ptboat in the navy!

My 9 year old daughter bought this and she loves it. G.I. Joe is so much more fun than Ken!
