Cooler Master N300 Window Edition Computer Case 'ATX, microATX, USB 3.0, Window Side Panel' NSE-300-KWN1

Finding a simple, basic, clean, relatively cheap case is incredibly more difficult than it really should be. This is about as close as I've found in many years of searching, however it still has downsides that makes it less efficient than it could be. Pros: + clean simple mesh front without bumps, holes, doors, trays, windows, and other extra nonsense + 2 external 5.25" bays + 1 external 3.5" bay + 8 internal 3.5" bays + room for 8 total 12cm fans + toolless quick-install brace for bays Cons/improvements: - front ports, buttons, and lights could all be next to the 3.5" bay to better use space efficiently - internal 3.5" bays could be faces across (left to right) rather than front to back for much easier access and cable management - if the front buttons/ports/lights were moved and the 5.25" bays shifted up, could make room for an extra external 3.5" bay for 2 total - nowhere near enough toolless quick-install braces - no front usb c port

Great case. Lots of airflow, though the drive bays are a little awkward.

This case feels of good quality except the sheet metal being to thin. Some bending on the top of the case lowers the total quality. Using a 240 radiator on the side also disables one of the 5.25" inch bays.

Ho dato 5 stelle perchè il case rispecchia completamente la descrizione dell'oggetto e come qualità/prezzo lo trovo ottimo. Naturalmente si potrebbe migliorare in alcuni punti, ma a quel punto alcuni compromessi potrebbero saltare (vedi altezza del case) e il prezzo salirebbe (cooler master fa vari case di varie fasce di prezzo apposta). Il case è in metallo, di buona fattura e non presenta ne bave ne spigoli taglienti, si possono montare fino a 8 ventole (2 frontalmente, 2 sul lato destro, 1sul lato sinistro, 2 sul "tetto" e 1 sul retro) e l'alimentatore è montato sul fondo ed ha a disposizione una zona forellata da cui asiprare l'aria da sotto il case. Ha la possibilità di montare 2 dvd e 1 lettore di smart card o di floppy disc (se ancora vi serve) e una moltitudine di hardisk 3,5"; inoltre si può montare ancke gli hardisk ssd da 2,5" senza dover comprare la "slittina" di adattamento, infatti sul fondo ci sono presenti 4 fori che permettono di fissare l'hardsik da sotto. Sul fronte del case, in alto, si ha una presa usb3 e due usb2 oltre al jack per cuffie e microfono. Concordo con chi aveva già scritto che le ventole fornite (2) emettono un piccolo "fruscio" ma naturalmente per chi vuole il silenzio assoluto ci sono le ventole in bagno d'olio; in ogni caso il "fruscio" viene sovrastato da due persone che parlano normalmente. Inoltre concordo anche con chi ha scritto che c'è poco spazio tra la parte superiore dove arriva la scheda madre ATX e il "tetto" del case, ma aumentare questo spazio avrebbe comportato alzare ulteriormente l'altezza totale del case. Le misure esterne del case sono: 190mm larghezza x 490 mm profondità x 425 altezza.

Cable management is not great but is acceptable. Solid build and the cheapest case I could find with this many drive bays. Plenty of room for components and plenty of spaces for fans too. Looks sleek and subtle. Overall very happy with it and definitely worth the price.
