ÀLACART Malicious Behavior
These two high-end Ruckus units were purchased, they were never checked or tested, they were useless according to the manufacture based on the serial number. ALACART at first said unequivocally they were checked and tested, i sent them this photo with the last victims labels on the units, and now they are telling me they are pulling them all back from Amazon to be tested. Please help me keep an eye on this. All i asked very kindly was for a replacement so I could get my customers units in, and they said "sorry we can't do that"just like that" without remorse or even a care about my business. TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN wow.

Reliability isn't good
I had a T300 fill with water and die, on top of a 20 foot pole. It was just outside of the normal warranty period and Ruckus would not fix or replace it for free or a cut-rate. This is supposed to be a weatherproof radio, able to be exposed out in the open. It is not, and I have worked with more reliable and actual weatherproof radios from Cambium, Ubiquiti, and others that didn't drown on the top of a 20' pole in the wide open. The weather wasn't out of the normal Texas rain, and I have several other types from different vendors that don't have this issue. For a $1000 radio, it's junk. You can get 5 Ubiquiti Outdoor AP's for this price. They don't leak, and they seem to handle loads better.
