I have purchased 3 of these jackets over the years and while I highly recommend the product line, I have some helpful tips, so if you read any review about buying a jacket from this company, read this one.The good:If you happen to get the right size in these jackets on the first purchase, it will be the best jacket you will ever own. There are pockets on the outside and pockets on the inside. The fuzzy collar can be removed and even interchanged with the same jacket, but in different colors. (I put a pink collar from my pink jacket onto my white jacket). That’s another thing; there is a wide selection of colors, and they are all beautiful. The quality is good for the price point and the fake fur is luxurious. It’s not too heavy but let me say it’s super warm when you put the fuzzy side inside. Because another great thing about this jacket is that it’s reversible! There is a fuzzy side (with pockets) and a smooth side (with pockets). There is color tipping on the ends of the fur collar on many of the colors, giving it an hombre appeal. The cuffs have a bit of elastic. Not too tight around the wrist. Just enough to keep the sleeves from drooping.The Bad:The biggest complaint I have about these jackets is that the sizes in different colors are not consistent. Meaning, if you buy an XL in the white, you may get the exact same jacket in XL, In the pink, but it fits like a M. You may be returning 2-3 times on each color before you get it right. So it’s hit or miss on all of the colors. Also, keep in mind that the sleeves on all the sizes are basically the same length. So only return if the body doesn’t fit.When you do finally get the right size, (it could take several try’s), I’m telling you that you won’t need any other jacket. I have the pink, grey and white and I will be back for the black, yellow and green. Im honestly obsessed with these jackets. I also have a few of their lighter jackets and they are just as nice.The bad:

Very warm, good quality, but it’s a short jacket it will not go past the waist. I would buy again. The hood is gorgeous and very large and warm.

I absolutely love, love love this coat! I don't usually write reviews (I just don't find the time). However, this coat is so amazing, I just had to let everyone know! The first thing I noticed when I took it out of the box is how VERY soft the fur is. It feels so luxurious! Even the fur around the hood is so very soft, which was a nice surprise given the other reviews that said that fur was kind of stiff. Perhaps they have fixed it. Putting it on was also a great experience. With the nylon side out, the fur against your skin feels wonderful. It looks like a high end puffer coat with a gorgeous over sized hood. While the hood is large, I did not have a problem with it staying put on my head where I wanted it. I like that it covers your whole head and protects your face. Turning it inside out so the fur is outside, was as simple as could be. With the fur side out, it looks like a high end fur coat and feels amazing!! Upon inspection, the quality of the coat, including the zipper, which zips up and down with ease, seems very good. I usually wear a medium and ordered a medium. It fits me perfect. I would say it is kind of form fitting when wearing a bulky sweater underneath (flattering), but not too snug ( I don't like anything tight fitting). If you like your coats to be roomy, then I would order a size up. I live in So. Cal, so our temperatures don't get severely cold like some parts of the US. However, I tend to get cold very easy. This coat seems to be warm to me. I think this coat will keep me comfortably warm in our winters. I highly recommend this coat. You will not be disappointed.

Weight 140 lbs Just got my coat today. Got the white. The only thing I did not like is that it looked more off white. I can live with that. I went a size up from what I was reading on other reviews. Fit perfect! Love the hoodie. Feels very nice and soft. I will be using mine with the fur inside. Will definitely order more colors!!! Definitely a must have!

Being able to flip from faux fur to puffer is convenient. I love this coat. It's warm too! But doesn't make you feel weighed down.

I ordered a size XL a year ago (Nov 2022) and it was too small, but at the time they didn't have an XXL size so I kept it and wore it all season. This year, I noticed they introduced an XXL size so I ordered it. The good news is it fit me, but the bad news is the quality is abysmal.You can see in the comparison pictures that they really cheaped out on the materials compared to the older one. What used to be wonderful, buttery, pillowy, soft velvet is now straggly thin cheap faux fur. It's the kind of fur you get when you order an inexpensive faux fur throw blanket - the kind that sheds everywhere and gets gross and matted after about a month.Honestly it's not even the same jacket and I'm sending the XXL back. I noticed that some other sellers on amazon have similar jackets, I'm going to order around to see if I can get one in good quality that actually fits.

Too small for XXL. No bigger sizes so I’m returning. That said, this is a beautiful, reversible coat! Puffer material on one side, cozy faux fur on the other. Trim on hood is great. Buy it if you don’t have trouble fitting into clothes.

It smelled sooo good when I opened it!I ordered Large - it fits perfectly. (5'9" 160 lb) The coat is lighter weight so it will be a great shopping coat! I love the reverse side too! Very pleased with this purchase.
