These enzymes have worked wonders for my 11-year old. He no longer has stomach issues after meals, and is much less gassy (which is to everyone’s advantage.) He takes one before each meal.

Most of the digestive enzymes that I use tell me to take them just before eating, but this one says to take them a half hour before eating. Unless you eat at a specific time rather than when you're hungry, it's a bit tricky to time things, but I did find that these were effective in helping me digest meals. In general, they reduced bloating, gas, and indigestion. They're easy enough to take as they're small capsules, but not as easy as a coated caplet. The main issue with them is value though as they aren't as economical as some other brands. However, they were effective for me.

Pretty falls in line with most other digestive enzymes that I've used in the past that have had a similar formula to this. Which means it does a good job of reducing gas and other digestive issues. Some enzyme formulas contain only a few enzymes, others try and cram a ton of enzymes into a small pill (the latter usually is not as effective as the former from my experience). And yes, I've tried certain enzymes from certain manufacturers that were not as good (they did not lower the amount of gas in me for example, or did not do as good of a job at digestion). The only possible complaint is the price/pill. But that is something that will have to decided upon individually as the ingredients appear to be high quality.

This is a blend of digestive enzymes. They recommend taking 1 to 2 capsules at the beginning of each meal. In the past I had problems from taking digestive enzymes including heartburn. I have not experienced that symptom from taking this kind so far. I only take one per meal since my system is sensitive.Ingredients are Amylase, Protease Blend, Lipase, Cellulate, Hemicellulase, Diastase, Lactase, Invertase, and cellulose. This is titanium dioxide free. They warn to keep out of reach of children and do not take if you are pregnant or lactating. Also if you are over 65 or under medical supervision, they say consult your healthcare professional

Getting older, having problems with foods I've happily eaten my whole life. These digestive enzymes are working great so far. While not a miracle, they cut down on bloating and gas I get from eating carbs, especially sweet potatoes and whole wheat. Easy to swallow, with no adverse effects.

I always go into supplements with a healthy amount of skepticism. I didn't expect to see results from taking this digestive enzyme so quickly. But after just the first capsule, I noticed a marked improvement in my digestion. This has reduced the amount of gas, especially burping, as well reduced feelings of indigestion after consuming larger meals. I've never had significant problems just the minor discomfort but this has almost eliminated all symptoms. Even my morning coffee is more pleasant! Highly recommend trying!

I got these for my 7 year old because she frequently complains of her stomach hurting. These were small enough that she could swallow them without any issue and they work for digestion and stomach discomfort. Great to have on hand for the kids and family. Good ingredients too, I'd consider getting them again.

I think these are working but can’t be positive They are very small capsules, easily swallowed, and there are no adverse effectsI will definitely continue to take them when eating foods that are problematic to me.If I feel they’re working I will definitely purchase them when I run out!
