I occasionally get what I call “allergy attacks”: out of the blue, I start sneezing, my lungs feel like they are closing up, and my eyes start to water. My only significant allergies are to household dusts and molds. If I do nothing, I will be miserable for hours. After finding this product, I take 5 pills at the first sign of an attack, and it’s gone before I can even say “it worked”. Incredibly effective!

Over the past 10 years I have tried nearly everything for my fall allergies. Prescription oral medication, over the counter oral medication, nasal sprays, netti pot and saline rinse among others.This year I tried this product in conjunction with cutting out 90% of my dairy consumption. After a couple weeks taking these freeze dried nettles I noticed my allergy symptoms were reduced quite a bit but still there. I was prepared to give this product a 3 or 4 star rating but then I remembered other reviewers saying to give it 30 days.So after a couple more weeks (4+ weeks total) my allergy symptoms are 90-95% gone. I simply can't believe it. I have been searching for 10 years and nothing else has reduced my allergy symptoms by more than 25%.I have noticed zero side effects and therefore I would recommend this product to anyone with allergies.p.s. I only have fall allergies, no spring or summer allergies so I can't comment on those.

I have known about stinging Nettle for years, but had never tried it. After trying pretty much everything that our government has left on the market, this was my last resort. I have been suffering from allergies, as well as, earaches for the past seven months. I also had numerous tests run to try to find the problem, but nothing was ever found. On March 8, 2013, I quit taking ALL OTC and prescription allergy ..eds, and started taking Nettles Freeze-dried. I could not believe the results. My ears are better and this product is keeping my allergies under control. I would recommend this product to anyone who suffers from allergies, and cannot get relief from anything else on the market. It really does work.

I suffer from bad seasonal allergies here in Fairfax County, VA. Prior to spring 2012, I took the "one-a-day" pills (Claritin, Zyrtec, Allegra, etc.) to mitigate the symptoms of my springtime allergies. In spring 2012, I experimented with some more natural allergy relief products, namely, these freeze dried nettles, Butterbur Root extract, local raw, unfiltered, honey, and a diet low in dairy products. This regimen produced as much relief from the effects of seasonal allergies as did the "one-a-day" pills for about the same cost, ~$1/day. Because this regimen worked in spring 2012, I adopted it again for 2013 and experienced the same level of relief.Because I suffer from bad springtime allergies, there were still a few days in which the symptoms showed up. I encountered this with the "one-a-day" pills as well. Given that this regimen is natural, I believe it is better for my health over the 8-10 weeks in which I suffer from springtime allergies. When I experience seasonal allergies I take 2 or 3 capsules in the morning, then sometimes another 1 or 2 in the afternoon, and my allergy symptoms of runny nose and sneezing are controlled for the day. Nettle has antihistamine properties. Also, I have trouble swallowing the average size capsule (500mg), but these are smaller (300mg), so not much difficulty. The potency seems good in the freeze-dried herb. I don't experience any side effects (no drowsiness).

Well the product did help with my osteoarthritis...less pain in my knee area....but I got it with the hopeful intentions of it helping with my congested sinuses...I take 2 tablets in the A.M and 2 in the early evening before dinner...it didn't help at all so I don't know of I will buy another bottle of this supplement.

I have been having a really bad time with allergies this year and have been taking Zyrtec and Claritin with not much relief. I wanted a more natural remedy so I did some research and found out about stinging nettle. I took one pill in the morning and could not believe my results, my allergy symptoms were gone in ONE day! I keep taking 1 pill a day and am still amazed by the results. Now I've made my hubby a believer too! He's always asking me where the stinging nettle is! LOL This product is fantastic, I would recommend to anyone suffering with allergies.

I've been plagued with a runny nose from allergies. It's very annoying. From the onset of taking this my problem has been solved! I'm impressed at the speed it went to work. I would highly recommend it.
