I am using this from 7,8 months. It's good for heart, joints, skin, hair, eyes. My mom also use this for joints pains, and moms health improved after taking fish oil.

Good at this price range. No fishy after smell
The only supplement which doesnt gives me a burp with the fishy smell. Decent but not too good. If you can go for the 3 x ones that will be a better buy, Obviously buy this according to your body requirement for me the 3x doesn't suit me as it creates digestive issues.
