I needed this hard to find locally specialty item for a recipe. Everything I read said authentic rice wine vinegar makes a big difference and they were right. I can't wait to experiment with it in other recipes. It was worth the investment and was shipped in a nonbreakable container of generous size. I'm very glad I decided to order it.

I guess I should have read the description better, however be sure this bottle states it is made and shipped from the USA. It tastes good, better than most. You also get a generous size for the money. I ordered it largely because we live in Hawaii and everything costs more. I got this bottle at the same price I would pay for one half its size here.

I have several recipes that call for rice wine vinegar. Although I haven't tried them yet, I tasted this product and was amazed at how good it was so I look forward to trying my new recipes! The quality is definitely there and am sharing info about this product with my friends!

I went out on a limb to buy this from Amazon for a tried and true salad recipe I have had for years. I wish I’d rechecked the product photo before wasting the rest of my ingredients, because this was horrible. I used the same brand and amounts for everything but this, and I had to toss the whole batch out and replan my menu because it really was that bad. Skip this item and find something that ships with a clear expiration date, clear origins (this boasts of Canada and the US, and if they can’t decide on a country of production, how could they decide on an expiration date), and trust your gut when things don’t look right. Lest you be like me and waste almost $20 on a bottle of disappointment.

The bottle is plastic and it is a nice rice wine vinegar that I would buy again!

I got this to make Cashew Chicken. This is a great value for the size of the bottle.
