These work great, worth the money
I use these at work, and I've purchased a lot of them now too. These always work, have never broken, and the labels on the connectors are great so you don't have to remember what color is what signal. A couple more dollars than some other options, but definitely worth it.

Had to comment on Packaging
First, what serial device comes with printed color instructions on how to use a terminal? I got this to add the the big collection of serial converters one needs to talk to all sorts of IC modules. Hint: there are 6 different serial chips/converters out there, and you need most of them. If you find a device to connect and you just have to give up because no baud rare works? Nah, switch to a different converter and there like a 90% chance it will just work. But the packaging with this one was very impressive, so much so I had to get online and write a comment on it. If you're wondering, here are the other converters I've had to switch between over the years (and a can bus one). Not because they are bad, it's just it's a hit or miss. Also, don't believe those "throw away all ur converters" all-in-ones, they are just one of the chips i link to below (and a lot cheaper): https://amzn.to/45JWosC, https://amzn.to/45N6nNO, https://amzn.to/3VUVvtQ, https://amzn.to/4cifhVP Lastly, if I had any negative, it would be that more converters need GPIO pins to flip bits and power cycle things. My crowd supply version works very well for that.

Works flawlessly
Used this to interface with the serial headers on a Seagate HDD, worked perfectly.

works as expected but...
Overall no issue. However, when first received the product, the Tx and Rx wires were label incorrectly. I has to swap the two.

Quality cable with reliable chipset
I've found through experience that the CP2102 chipset and drivers (linux, mac, and windows) are the most reliable USB-to-TTL adapters for work. These cables are well built, and the labeled leads are quite nice. One of the cables I ordered was mislabeled. I'll update to 5 stars when I receive the correct replacement.

Easily identify the leads
One of the best USB to serial TTL cables. Very simple use with PUTTY software.

Great compatibility
Replacement for an older/slower converter, with this you have options by building your own rs232 interface. Works great!

From what the pictures showed. I had expectations that this would be a cheap cable. When I received it, it didn't feel like that. The cable felt strong and sturdy and the head which houses the main components is well sealed and doesn't feel like breaking any time soon. It seems like some thought has gone into the product as I can see that the pin cables are labeled too. Like someone said, although this is 5V VCC, it does not tell you on the cable and instead only on the manual. I think it's worth noting on the cable this, just in case you loose the box it came in. I would consider the flat cable more beneficial as it prevents the cable from being tangled up. The pins are separated, which I think is better as some boards place the pins in different locations and this removes the need to use an extension. The length of the individual pin cables are around 50mm long, which I think is the perfect length, allowing you reach the pins you need, without it being too long. I don't really want to repeat what the other review said, but I have to emphasize that the labelling is really useful especially since the red cable isn't normally what you'd expect it to be. I have used it once, and it has worked fine, however, it hasn't gotten much use right now so can't write a full review right now. If any problems arise, then I'll update this, but right now, I am happy with this product. TTL cables are versatile and can be used for debugging and programming. Reading outputs is a popular use for them. Occasionally you can have bootloader problems, and this can help identify them and potentially fix the problems before yo attach them to your PCB. (The cable arrived in a box, so you can be sure that the cable is safe.)
