A Game-Changer for Sun Protection: Control Corrective Oil-Free Sunscreen!
Control Corrective Oil-Free Sunscreen has truly impressed me. Its oil-free formula, effective sun protection, lightweight feel, and compatibility with sensitive skin make it a standout product in the market. I highly recommend this sunscreen to anyone in search of a reliable, non-greasy, and hydrating option for their sun protection needs. Trust me, once you try it, you won’t want to go back!

Waiting for sunshine, excited to try!
A Michigander ordering sunscreen in January shows great hope and optimism 😅 Seriously, our percentage of sunshine plummets in the winter as does the amount of our exposed skin. I just cleaned out my bathroom cupboard and threw out my old expired sunscreen and knew it needed to be replaced. The ingredients in this product are almost identical to the product I was using so I'm looking forward to trying this with great results. The percentage of zinc oxide is slightly lower in this product than in the product I have been using but it also makes this product a little creamier and easier to apply than the one I had been using. This product is nearly odorless, white in color and yes, I did apply a little bit to the back side of my hand just to make sure how it went on... It applied easily and absorbed quickly. Now we just need some sunny warmer days!

Overpriced Generic Drugstore-Level SPF; Greasy White Smelly Cream
For user reference, I have mature (over 40), sensitive, fair, acne-prone, congestion-prone, combination skin. I'm a natural redhead. I've worn SPF year-round, rain or shine, for years. And so should everyone, irrespective of their age, gender, skin tone, or type. Don't "wait until spring" to start wearing it. It is far cheaper and easier to prevent premature aging and UV-damage than it is to treat it. Find one you like and use it daily (and reapply).Having said that ... don't bother using this one unless you want to waste your money on drugstore-level SPF at a premium price. Nothing wrong with drugstore SPF, but in comparison, if I'm going to pay $40 for 2.5oz, it better be amazing stuff. As someone who has used various sunscreens over the 30+ years, I'm shocked Control Corrective would be ballsy enough to charge nearly $40 for 2.5oz for a sunscreen, which is similar to the greasy, thick, smelly cream you buy anywhere in an oversized plastic bottle for half as much. It is just a dense 30-SPF rated cream with a hint of sunscreen-like smell. There is nothing special or enriched about his blend of physical and chemical ingredients. Sure, it is hydrating. But so are most sunscreens. It doesn't have any noteworthy levels of antioxidants. Again, the elements in this are akin to most drugstore brands. Provides UVA and UVB protection? Yeah, most of them do these days.I've bought high-end Korean water-gels with 50SPF PA++++ coverage in larger bottles at this price-point. The Control Corrective Skin Care system SPF is just a run-of-the-mill, greasy white cream that leaves a hint of a white cast and a shiny residue. It reminds me of all of the cheap, poorly made sunscreens I was forced to used when I was a teenager because there wasn't anything nicer on the market at the time. Now there is.Don't waste $40 on 2.5oz this, when you can invest that same $40 in an SPF you'll enjoy using that won't have a scent, will have a better texture (not a thick greasy cream), with quality coverage, and powerhouse skincare ingredients included. Here, you are just paying for the brand name and some basic packaging containing basic sunscreen.
