(Little long but I hope it helps : ) )After suffering from cystic acne on my face and reading the reviews on this product brand, I chose to try it out! I never had a problem with any type of acne or breakouts in high school or college (at all) and began battling cystic acne in my early twenties. After never experiencing breakouts and then dealing with cystic acne, my self-confidence was shot. The scars that I was left with on my (once) perfect skin, were heart-breaking to me. Once I bought this product, I found that it not only helped to clear up the spots I had, but it HAS continued to prevent 95% of any reoccurring cycstic acne. Occasionally, I will still get one or two but nothing like before. The spots that I now occasionally get are Small (no redness) and I can completely get rid of them in 4 or 5 days(with no picking of course). 4-5 days may sound like a while to some but the spots that arise now are hardly noticeable, even to me. Also, their very easy to cover up with makeup while their healing. I'm a girly girl to say the least, BTW.In the past, when I had a cystic acne breakout, I would have a few (4-5 at times) and each spot would be so painful, VERY noticeable and they would take FOREVER to heal. It seemed that some would take 3-4 weeks to completely heal. And then I was left with a scar....The first Glytone face wash I tried was the "Daily Facial Cleanser" which worked well. But last winter I accidently (wasn't paying attention) ordered this face wash through Amazon like I always had, and when I received it I thought, "What the heck lets try it!" And it worked even better than the "Daily Facial Cleanser". I won't go back.I've been using Glytone products for about 2 years now and I will continue to use them. My skin hasn't built up a resistance like other products. I recommend buying the Glytone Acne treatment gel, and using it in combination with the face wash. I apply the gel after my lotion in the morning and night if needed. I also apply the gel to my acne-prone areas, if I know my "girl-time" is coming up or that I have a stressful work week ahead me, preventative measures work!I hope this review helps at least a few people out there! I didn't go to a dermatologist when I suffered from cystic acne and depended solely on reviews from others. Favorite facial cleanser! Not only does it help to smooth rough skin, reduce wrinkles, lighten dark spots, and tones/tightens the skin, it smells sooo good! I love using it in the mornings and at night. You can go without makeup afterwards to show off your fresh face glow. I have sensitive combination skin with cheek rosacea. It helps to calm that down and maintains my combination skin. I highly recommend this cleanser. It lasts a long time too. You could try the small size first to make sure it works for your skin type first. It should last you at least a month. You only need a nickel size amount to wash your entire face. Takes off eye makeup and stubborn mascara.

Wonderful option for my dry, sensitive skin. I sometimes suffer from a bit of bumpy, dry texture when I don't exfoliate for long periods of time. I added this cleanser into my routine, and after the very first use i felt my face texture smoothing out as I messaged this in. It's great for texture. I haven't seen many results as far as anti-aging but I don't think there is enough glycolic acid in this product to do anything that dramatic. So I really only recommend this for people who just want to address texture on dry skin.It's very hydrating and gentle as well, and doesn't strip your skin. It's a non-foaming cream cleanser, which took some getting use to because I'm so use to the sensation of foam, but I ended up loving it. It does clean your skin very well, you just don't get that "squeaky clean" tight feeling that a lot of harsh cleansers give you.The scent is a very light citrus aroma that doesn't stick around after you've rinsed it off, and I find it to be mild and tolerable even for my sensitive skin.

I was introduced to this line by a Rep at my Dermatologist office. I was given a professional sample( vs one they make up for you) of this face wash and the Level 1 Step Up Cream. I had been expereincing dry, flaky skin for the first time in my life- Im 43. I started using the wash twice daily and the Cream at night immediately. I have used/tried many products from La Mer to Dennis Gross, MD Forte, Jane Iredale etc etc etc. Some of the products I didn't care for (La Mer) and some were "okay" but still not giving me the results Im looking for. Within 1-2 days I was noticing change. Positive change!! I am now 2 months into using this line and LOVE everything about it. I just started using Level 2 cream 1 week ago. In the last 1.5 weeks alone I have had 3 people comment on my skin. Comments range from "what have you done, your skin looks amazing", "your face looks fuller, softer", "your skin looks great what are you doing". I did use Glytone Heel and Elbow Cream a couple years ago with amazing results (won't ever need a Pedicure again) and continue to use it. I am even starting to wear less makeup due to my glowing skin which I never thought would happen.

I am a dermatology rep and have tried everything under the sun! I finally got around to this cleanser and I won't be without it ever! I hit 30 and developed acne and suffered for years. I am now 52 and this product changed my life. I felt it wasn't fair for acne, wrinkles and gray hair all at once! LOL! Happily, every dermatologist carries this in their office and recommends this. Many of my Derms also recommend this for their teenage acne patients, and my kids have had some success with it, but mostly they don't follow through. I love this line, find it affordable and have had great results. I have switched back and forth from the gel (summer) to the creamy (winter) cleanser and have very sensitive skin.
