I’ve been searching for a good-tasting paleo protein powder with no added sugar or artificial ingredients, and this fit the bill nicely. Others I’ve tried tasted too strongly of stevia, which is not a flavor I’m fond of. It’s also great with added greens, fruit, flaxseed, cocoa powder, etc, although it’s also good on its own. I liked it enough to order another jar to have on hand. It’s my go-to breakfast almost every morning.

I really like the creaminess of this product and it mixes easily in my blender! It tastes very good except is too sweet. If it were less sweet or even better, non-flavored, I would give it 5 stars. Sometimes as one goes 'paleo' and/or decreases carbs, the desire for a very sweet taste diminishes. I can add my own sweetener to my own liking.

I decided to stop using soy-based protein shakes/smoothies and have struggled to find something that tastes as good, is healthy and and has a spoonable, creamy consistency. I have tried so many different products and whole food combinations over the last year... Ugh. I can't do whey-based products and I follow a paleo diet. I came across this product and was a little hesitant on price but totally worth it!! My search is over.This stuff is amazing. Love the taste, texture and added health benefits. I have to say that I have not tried it as a shake, just adding water, and using a shaker cup though. So can't speak to that.I blend powder with two tablespoons Collagen to total 30 grams of easily digestible/absorbable protein, 1 cup of coconut milk and a cup of frozen berries or frozen banana. My teenage boys love it this way as well. I have also had my mom try it and she's hooked too. Safe for leaky gut based health conditions.So thankful to have found this product. 😊

I was thrilled to find a protein powder that is dairy free (no whey) and not vegetable-based. It doesn't irritate my GI tract like whey and pea proteins do. (I have IBD.) Mixes ok with a shaker bottle, and works better if you use water that is not very cold. But it mixes much better with a blender. (With the blender set too high or if used too long, you will get mainly foam.) You can't let it sit too long in the fridge after it's mixed, or it gels up into a pudding-like texture. I like that it's sugar free, but I wish it was also stevia free! Too much stevia, and not enough cacao. And finally, it is WAY overpriced. I won't purchase again unless they lower the price and offer an unflavored, additive-free version without any "natural flavorings" or stevia.

This is the only protein powder I use - it is the best!!! It has a nice vanilla flavor, does not have any nasty beef or stevia taste - works in all my smoothies. I have food sensitivities, allergies, gut issues to whey, egg white, and other proteins, and I can taste even a small amount of stevia in anything & I absolutely hate it. This product gives me no problems & I love it!!!I need protein & lots of it in my diet - I feel horrible without it - cannot drink a smoothie without protein in it because I will be hungry still. This works for me!!When I went into a GNC to see if they had a beef protein powder & was told by person working there that it tasted nasty. This one does not!!!

My doctor recommended I use a Paleo hyro-beef protein powder that they sold. It was delicious! Only problem was it cost $87! A bit much for a protein shake so this started my quest to find a quality protein shake started. One after another they disappointed until I found this one. Wow! This has the exact ingredients as the one my doctor recommended. It tastes the same but at a lower price. It blends into a smooth chocolate shake that doesn't taste gritty. I highly recommend this shake. The quality of the protein is well worth the money it costs. No more cheap shakes that use cheap protein sources (whey, soy, pea) for me.

When mixed, stirred, or blended, this product creates a lot of foam. I've noticed a good 75% of the room temperature water in the cup turn to foam after mixing. The foam will slowly breakdown over a few hours, otherwise it's nearly impossible to drink. The powder can be very sticky when it's exposed to moisture (e.g. hands, outside of a cup).The taste is pleasant and sweet.

First product I've ever taken the time to review. I have IBS aka lots of digestive issues that doctors can't tell me the reason behind. Literally the only food I can currently eat without bloating up uncomfortably, with pain, severe constipation, etc is plain fish. This protein powder is a lifesaver. I actually tolerate it. It makes me full for hours without the uncomfortable swelling in my abdomen. I would recommend this product to anyone suffering digestive issues. Thank you for this product.PS - I was afraid it would be sickeningly sweet because of the stevia. It isn't. At all. The taste is quite good. I pulse in a high speed blender for about 10 seconds with water. Also makes delicious frothy hot chocolate.
