I drink one gummy a day; I started with 2 but noticed I started to break out so I changed to one. A side effect of biotin is acne, that’s a given with almost all Biotin products. Even with one gummy I still get a pimple here and there. My skin is always clear but I am breaking out now drinking this. However, it’s what I’m willing to give to have healthy hair. My hair is thin and it’s always been this way. I used to have so much hair fall in the shower. Like A LOT. I’m going into my 30s so I definitely do not want bald spots or to start losing my hair. So I knew I had to start drinking something for my hair. I tried this out with little hope but I ended up loving the gummies. They taste good, like candy. They’re soft too. I have braces so the gummies don’t get stuck on my brackets. I do recommend to start with one gummy and see how you feel and see if you break out. I think if I keep seeing more acne I might do half a gummy. So far I only gotten acne on my face and neck. Sucks but like I said, I’d take this if it means I’m gonna have healthy hair! Right now I have a pimple on my nose, i hate it! :( but hey, I have baby hairs growing and less hair falls out in the shower!

Ok first of all I love my hair so much and I search far and wide for the best hair products to keep my dyed hair healthy without breaking the bank. I took my gamble with these Hair Vitamin gummies & I love them. Biotin does wonders for my hair and nails & I truly see the difference in softness & strength. These taste fantastic & I’m a sucker for color & sweetness. Less of a gummy texture and more like a thick chewy candy which is where I can tell the texture of mixed vitamins is blended in. Can’t wait to finish the bottle, it’s hard to resist lol.

I am currently on my second bottle and I have to say I am very pleased!While it took until the end of my first bottle to really see and feel a difference, my hair is growing thicker where it was thinning and fall out has slowed drastically; I am even noticing baby hairs where there was no hair!!!I will continue to buy and take them! The taste is not bad but not great in my opinion BUT that is the only thing I am not a fan of and the fact that they work outweighs the taste for me.I have tried vitamins that claimed they worked but I didn't get really any results after a full bottle.I urge anyone to try this product!!

These are very tasty, easy to chew gummies. Sometimes you get a gummy vitamin and they are hard and take a long time to chew. Not these! They taste great and I definitely don't mind taking them. It does take 2 to equal a dose, so that cuts down on the value per serving.I will check back after I finish the bottle to see if there is any noticeable improvement in my hair, skin, or nails!

Most hair, skin, and nails products seem to only help my nails get stronger. I have naturally fast growing nails, so my motive is generally to see if the product actually provides hair benefits.I have no complaints with this product, only results.My hair has become stronger, I have noticed major improvements with breakage and loosing hair.My hair has also began growing longer, but the overall appearance is much healthier- coming from someone who has fried her hair with bleach, and is trying to bring it back to life.The taste is incredible and the consumption is simple. If you are contemplating this product BUY IT!

These vitamins taste great and they have the vitamins that I need in them. The price was reasonable as well. I've noticed alot of my hair falling out. Recently I bought these with hopes of them helping build stronger hair and nails. I'll share progress after a couple of weeks.**Update***I have been taking these vitamins for a little more than 3 weeks and I have noticed a significant change in my hair. I'm not losing it as I used to be! I would lose what felt like so much even just running my hands thru my hair. I now run my fingers thru my hair and lose maybe a few strands as normal. Which is amazing! My nails also feel stronger. They used to often break and chip. It seems to happen far less. These are great vitamins and I'm glad that I came across them at a reasonable price.

These hair vitamins taste absolutely delicious! They are actually the first supplement of any kind that I actually wake up looking forward to take and thanks to that, I have yet to miss a day of taking then, as I so often do with most daily vitamins. These are by far better tasting than any vitamin I have ever had, and I'm pretty sure they're even better tasting than any regular gummies I have ever eaten as well! As for my hair, these aren't magic, obviously no vitamin is going to make noticeable difference overnight, but I definitely believe these have been helping to improve my very dry and damaged hair. I've noticed much less breakage since taking these vitamins, as well as an overall improvement in the general thickness of my hair. I'm not sure about growth in terms of length, only because i didn't think to note of my hairs exact length prior to starting these unfortunately. Even with that being said, I can still say with certainty, that I will be purchasing these again for sure! Seeing as I have found no negatives in taking them and they taste so good, I figure they can only help.

I have only been taking these a little over a week but I feel like these vitamins are already helping my nails and hair. They taste delicious and I think the price is very reasonable. They taste fruity and a bit like candy honestly so even kids could take them. I would highly recommend them!
