It does well for what it is. My biggest problem with it is, I didn't like the taste so I had to add peanut butter into the mix which balanced the taste. But drinking this alone was not possible for me. I bought NAKPRO Double Rich Chocolate before this and it tasted atleast 10 times better than this without the Peanut Butter. Other than that I didn't really have any problem. Smell was fine, overall quality is alright too. Just the bad taste for me brought this down to 3 stars.

it has good protein quality, and it can be use through water as well as mil. i have been using this form last two weeks. it provides big muscle. it also supports muscle recovery and makes active during the workouts. i didn't feel any bloating issues and i have chocolate flavor which is taste. it is good for beginners because we can consume the protein shake with our convent time. defiantly we can try and improve our body strengthen. i can recommend for daily workouts.
