It kind of works, but it loses its sharpness relatively quickly, and the difference is notable. maybe it can be sharpened? Let’s put it this way, the one I used before this one was not as sharp, but it was consistent. This one was a lot sharper initially, and then it became similar in sharpness or efficiency as the one I used before

Can it do my pubes without cutting ?

Not ball sack!! Cut mine to bits when using just the blade.

This item is a facial shaver unit primarily for removal of peach fuzz on ladies faces. I am nor sure exactly what your question/comment is referring to.

Can you use the body trimmer to remove pubic hair?

I think Pubic hair is somewhat more coarse than anywhere else on the body. This Trimmer is really for finer hair which is found on the face. However there is nothing stopping you trying it dependent on your hair type.
