This is the second time I get this item, I really love the flavor, as a substitute of coffee without the caffeine

this is the best tasting chicory I have had yet. It dissolves instantly with no bitter taste. sometimes I mix it with instant coffee usually, I drink it by itself. A welcome side benefit is it really helps me be regular!! (sorry if that is tmi!)

Quick Update: I made tiramisu with this and it came out soooo good. (Yes, I add nuts/pecans for a little crunch)Pros:1 - Great for Baratric Patients, those with GERD/ Sensitive Stomach or Anxiety Disorder- please remember that Decaf STILL has small amounts of caffeine which us why some people can not handle it.2 - Taste = tie between coffee, breakfast/black tea, with a hint of cocoa.3 - Very light, not a dense flavor but strong enough to give the "essence" of coffee.4 - No side effects5 - No aftertaste6 - Can have any time of day7 - Blends extremely well with EVERYTHING, so smooth6 - Can easily recreate your fav coffee shop drinks, or use in baked goods.(I attached a pic) I generally recycle my Starbucks cups - but decided to recreate my fav drink with non-dairy subs. to show how easy it is to make with this product.Cons:NoneOverall: GO FOR IT!!!!Give it a shot. If you're looking for a strong coffee drink that so happens to not be caffeinated, add more of this powder to your drink or just go back to decaf coffee.Please do not expect this to be a "miracle" drink, that would be nonsense. Do your research.

I have tried chicory tea previously and enjoyed it. This caught my eye as a coffee alternative. It tastes very good alone or with a little cream.I added the recommended 3 teaspoons to a good sized mug with boiling water and voila! No chalky aftertaste and it dissolved very well.

This order is not hard like previous one. Really, powder! As a coffee substitute, without the caffeine, this is good. It takes me a while to get through a pkg,

Delicious. It is the best alternative to coffee I have found. I add a little soy milk and it is perfection.

Mixes well, very tasty. I wish it was organic.

It dissolves easily. Less expensive than other brands. It’s not as dark in color or rich in flavor of as other brands. We aren’t likely to purchase again.
