Overly simple “recipes”
If you can call a two ingredient tea (tea leaves plus hot water) a recipe then this “cookbook”is for you. I was SO disappointed in this book to find overly simplified preparation of food; I was looking for interesting global flavors and found uninspiring notes of food preparations. A cucumber salad, porridge, pomegranate molasses (which I love but you can get it for $5 and this recipe has you boiling for 45 min about $10 in pomegranate juice) - these are just a few of the listings. Arrived today, returned tomorrow

Really beautiful, comprehensive, titles of recipes in both English and Armenian. I can’t wait to cook these mouthwatering meals!

Thankful for this book!
I can't explain how much this book means to me. After being vegan for 3 years it was sometimes a struggle to make my favorite homemade Armenian dishes. This was exactly what I needed to allow to continue enjoying the food I grew up with and still maintain my healthy lifestyle.The book is beautiful with its photography and easy to read instructions. Definitely worth buying. I plan to gift for all my relatives this Christmas.

Awesome twist to traditional Armenian cuisine!
I'm not much of a cook, but COVID forced me to give home cooking a try. Since I try to eat mostly plant based, it's not so easy with many traditional Armenian foods, until I discovered the Vegan Armenian Kitchen. This has saved me during the quarantine time!!The recipes are so easy to follow for a not so good cook and they are delicious, sooo much flavor! The recipes include history of the dishes, and it's a great conversation piece when you're eating with others. Love this cookbook, such a good gift idea for any foodie! And the photography is done so well, what a pleasure to look through 👀

This is cookbook is amazing. Very thoughtfully written with beautiful pictures and stories to go along with each recipe. I was so excited to be able to make vegan versions of classic foods I grew up eating. The recipes are very straightforward and easy to make.
