Excellent! Worth it!
My roommate and I absolutely love these!!! Great flavor, not a terrible price, wouldn’t have minded if they were cheaper though. Highly recommend them! What else do you need to know?

Delicious and fun
I wanted to make a special "brunch plate" for Christmas day, but how to do breakfast eggs on a group platter? These were perfect "finger eggs" and were a delicious addition to the brunch. See them on the right side in the bowl? Adorable, right? Just be careful with them - they're addictive! YUM!!

The worst quail eggs I've ever had
For one, I want it known that I've raised quail before, and I understand it sucks trying to boil the eggs. Now onto the fact that I've had 3 and each one has such a disgusting 'fishy' aftertaste.. I am so ticked off about how much I spent on this garbage. I'm glad I didn't offer any to anyone else, or I'd be pissed. I'd like the manufacturer to contact me.

Tasty, Not very spicy and not nearly sour enough... for me.
I was quite satisfied with my purchase. these eggs are a great snack. The heat is rather mild and I don't know what people are on about with tasting like vinegar (which they should) the tartness was quite subdued. These are perfectly adequate as they come but if you want to kick things up a notch, both of these can easily be tweaked. You can toss in a couple of fresh habaneros or a little vinegar, toss some more cloves of garlic in, or even play around with various spices and herbs to modify to your liking. Dont waste the brine when you finish the eggs either.

Not Mild
The flavor is good but, its spicy. I got this for my toddler because i had tried them before and remembered they were good. He was having trouble eating chicken eggs right now but loves pickled foods and quail eggs are hypoallergenic, so i thought they would set better with him. But when i got them, i was sad to find out they were to spicy for him to eat but they are still tasty.

Common sense review
The jar arrived unbroken, which was my “only” concern regardless of the inaccuracies of some of the previous reviews.I have been using store bought version of pickled quail eggs for years, so here is the review.First off the jar is not small, it’s a typical size jar for this product, same size as what I’ve purchased from other companies.Yes, it came in Milky, which is the result of broken down egg mixing with the vinegar, this is not an issue and the product is not spoiled. Quail eggs have very thin white and it’s tender, it’s breaks down and mixes with the liquid, hence milky appearance.Yes, they are slightly vinegary tasting as they are in a jar full of vinegar, omg. They taste good, just as good as what I normally purchased from my local grocery store. This is what picked quail eggs are supposed to taste like!I use them in my Vodka martinis in place of an olive, and they are great!Cheers…
