Great Product!
I used Calformin, feeding it to my Shetland mare during the last 3 months of her pregnancy. She gave birth to a slammed together filly , the vet came out and did blood work right after birth and 12 hours later and said it was incredibly good! "Excellent!" Using it again now on a mare that was not known to be in foal when we purchased her and was under weight and needed good nutrition fast. Feel very confident with this product!

Tastiness is doubted
I only bought one bucket, so I honestly can't comment on the usefulness or how it performs as a supplement, as I don't think this trial was long enough for a fair assessment; however, I will say that none of the three babies (weanling, two yearlings) I had liked it very much. More often than not, they'd somehow leave the bulk of these pellets to be eaten by someone else later. My guess is the pig of the three would eventually return and eat the bulk of everyone else's portion. Also I am not sure that I blame them, as the smell isn't that tasty to me either.

Calphormin
Seems to be a pretty good supplement as my vet is happy with my filly's development. Took her a few days to get used to the taste.
