I purchased this key chain for a friend who was diagnosed with cancer 20 years ago. Over the course of time, he would go into remission for 2-3 years, and then have a recurrence and go back into treatment. He has now been in remission 5 years which is the longest period of remission time ever. I wanted a gift appropriate for a man, and the message was very inspirational for him, in particular. The keychain was of decent quality and came in a nice box which made it good for gifting. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five, is because I thought $10 was a little over-priced.

This is a nice size. Not to thick, not to thin. I gave it to a friend who lost her son to illness. It was a reminder that she did what she could.
