Easy Fun
My son got this for Christmas. He loves it and it's easily used without assistance. It is cool enough that even extruded filament does not cause burns.

Very disappointed
I was really disappointed with this 3D pen. I purchased two of them for my granddaughters, and unfortunately neither worked as expected. One pen didn’t work at all right out of the box, and the other only worked for about 30 minutes before stopping. The kids were so excited to use them, which made it even more frustrating when they couldn’t. It was very disappointing for my granddaughters, and based on our experience, I wouldn’t recommend this product. I am returning them both.

Great for a younger child
I got for a 9 year old. Parents like that it did not get as hot as other 3D pens, but the battery life sucks. It only works for 15 minutes and you have to recharge it. We bought mats with grooves and that helps with their first creations. Only complaint was battery life. Younger kids have a short attention span too, they do like it. I would buy again.

Nice 3-D pen for beginners. Be aware of the filament type.
This is a nice 3-D pen for kids. My girls have played with it every day since “Santa” delivered this gift on Christmas Eve. The bigger size and the low temperature really makes it ideal for little beginner artists. Just be aware of the specific filament type this pen uses (also available on Amazon). Because it is low temperature, other filament does not completely melt if inserted in this pen. That will cause clog and end the pen. We lost a pen because I bought wrong filaments. And let kids know not to scratching mat/pat like a real writing pen. Instead, lift the pen a little bit off the mat/Pat. So far so good!

Daughter loves it
My 9 year old got this from Santa and loves it. When she asked for one, I had no idea it this thing could be worth it, but she loves it. Will she ever make anything "great?" Who knows. But that isn't the point. She is being creative, learning something new and not on electronics. Win-win and 100% worth the money.

So so
The extraction is too fast for adult without training. But children could probably handle it. There’s a template for creating photo tree that was supposed to stand, but plastic is not hard enough to hold its own weight. I guess it’s is good 3d pen for creating flexible plastic 2d shapes. Also be ready for plastic threads everywhere cause they are forming almost all the time you finish the line

Don’t waste your money!
I didn’t care for this much. It didn’t work the way my kids were hoping & ended up clogging to where they could no longer use it!
