Comments on a new product
I just used my Hamilton Beach Digital Steamer, It was easy to use. It made plently of rice, I wasn't sure it would. I see it has a preset timer I thought that was nice. The rice turned out good. I usually only make rice in a steamer, but looking at the book I'm thinking of making other stuff with the steamer. When I first got this I didn't think I would like it. But using this has changed my mind. I hope to get alot of use out of this in the future. The price was right very afordable, that made a big difference in my decseionin buying this. Plus Hamilton Beach products are top of the line and well known. Rice steamers like this are not in the stores, that I found. Years ago they were when I got my first one I'm so glad to have found it on the internet. I Iooked at others but glade I choose Amazon for my purchase witch I have used many times before with no problems. I will keep you in mind for future purchases. Delivery time was not long at all. Missing Recipe Book and Product info make cooking with this rice cooker pure guesswork!
Ordered as a birthday gift for Granddaughter. She loved it, except it arrived without an instruction book or even a warranty card. She searched through the box 4 times. She googled how to cook rice in a rice cooker and followed that. It was underdone. So she had to use the trial and error method until it was done. I told her that her rice cooker could steam corn on the cob and and a variety of dishes; but she doesn't have any info on how long to cook them or how. I told her that I've never purchased a small appliance that didn't include a small cookbooklet of recipes and the warranty card. So this must have been a factory packing error. I would like to know how she can get another one. She tossed the box after searching it for the forth time so she doesn't even have a web address to contact. I am disappointed for her as I ordered her a very nice appliance and there were others that were much cheaper. This is now a guesswork appliance.

I've cooked with this several times and I can't be happier. While parts of it is not dishwasher safe, that hasn't kept me from using it. It is so easy to use and convenient. The shipping time was decent, but I just wish I had the ability to track it.

Healthy Time Saver.
This is really great. Put all your dinner on at one time INCLUDING FROZEN. It is all done at same time. THEN it turns to warm so you can set it up and go off to exercise, do housework, line up your things for tomorrow..... FANTASTIC plus it is healthy. Add sauce and seasonings when served OR add at time of cooking and use the included serving dish. GREAT. Love the appearance of this one so it is on the countertop.

Great product and I would highly recommend!
Great product! I am more than happy with this steamer. It's easy, quick to set up. I'm the cook at our house, and it's easy to multi-task with this by setting it up, setting the timer, and walk away while my other food cooks. I would definitely recommend this buy!

Perfect steamer
Works perfect! I steam hotdogs in it and they come out perfectly cooked, great taste without soaking in a pot of water like I used to cook them. When timer goes off it will still heat to keep the food warm. So glad with my purchase. Can certainly Cook a full meal for my family.

Great steamer
This has worked great for me. I have steamed broccoli, cabbage. some pork spare ribs and whole potatoes so far. Everything comes out great. I have other things I plan to try in it. I'm happy with the product.

mejor opcion
buena opción para la alimentación sana de toda la familia, tengo un bebe y desde que llego coso diario sus verduras frescas o frutas allí y tiene una base especial que recolecta el agua que sale de los alimentos y que contiene todos sus nutrientes separándolo del agua que tiene contacto con el calentador del aparato, y esa agua con nutrientes sirve para sopitas o para mezclarla con las papillas, además esta no es una vaporera de exesivo costo o solo de uso para bebes esta aun mejor porque es espaciosa y al guardarse de verdad ocupa poco espacio. excelente opción!!!

Excelente producto a buen precio.
Llegó muy bien. Ya la probé y funciona sin problemas. Las piezas también llegaron muy bien. Me encantó y es un gran producto que muchos deberían tener. Prepara la comida de manera saludable aparte de que queda muy rica. Puede cocer todo tipo de verduras, carnes y huevos. 100% recomendado.

Buen producto los tiempos de cocción que vienen en el instructivo me han ayudado, ya que no tenía idea pues apenas sé algo de cocina, lo utilizo para las verduras de las papillas de mi bebé y no he tenido ningún problema, el único inconveniente que he encontrado es que las bases de las bandejas son removibles para permitir aumentar la capacidad, sin embargo, no tienen ningún mecanismo para asegurarlas y si quieres retirar las bandejas, al colocarlas en alguna otra superficie se pueden safar fácilmente.

Funciona de maravilla. Es muy practica y le cabe mucho. La uso para verduras principalmente. Le pongo unos dos kgs aprox y en 50 minutos esta lista. Tiene una función que mantiene mi verdura caliente durante una hora sin resecar o sobrecocinar.

Muy bueno
Muy buen producto, facilita el cocimiento de las verduras además de que ahorras agua y tiempo. Los alimentos se cocinan excelente, la he utilizado hasta para cocinar pescado.
