Doesn’t even turn on
Have been charging it for days in hopes it was a charge issue, however the lights come on when charging but it doesn’t work at all, it won’t turn on.

It works
So many people say these things don't work, this one does. At middle setting it make my eye lid wink the pulse is that strong. You need to use a lubricant, I use a water based moisturiser. 1 charge lasts for ages.
