Product was defective and not as described. However the seller's return policy makes it impossible to return the item, rendering the return cost to be greater than the item price.

Wrong Picture for Actual Item
Be aware that this is not a Blackberry Music Gateway. It is an L-S1 battery designed for the Blackberry Z-10 smartphone. The picture and description at the top of the page does not match the product description or item number father down the page. I thought I was ordering the gateway, but the battery arrived in the packaging, along with the descrition of the battery on the invoice.

Wrong Product Listed. Poor customer service to allow this to continue
I wish I would have read the other review before ordering it myself. As said, it's a battery and not the music gateway that is advertised. I waited two weeks to receive the item, then had to go through the process of returning when it's something that should have been caught by the seller or Amazon.
