Amazon implied that the cables were not included with the Allstart shown below, they advertised that "most people also purchase this product with the Allstart 550" kit and now i have to return them and am anticipating there will be resistance when I do.

I have purchased two of these so far. The cord pulled out of the plug on both of them. D
