Learned to make balsamic reduction in a week long cooking school in 2008. I went on to culinary school and graduated in 2014. So much easier than making your own, even if not quite as good. Great on caprese, melon, peach, pear etc. salads, or anywhere you would use balsamic vinegar. Yummy!
