If you are looking for an inexpensive thermal bonding and cleaning kit for processor and heat sink, this is a good choice. Just enough compound for one CPU. The cloth when soaked with Isopropyl Alcohol cleans heat sinks and tops of processors quite well. This thermal paste was easy to apply. Really thick compared to what I am used to. The bond is tight and helps the heat sink to do it's job. The order from this paste is low. This paste stays semi-liquid as compared to old types of thermal paste. As long as you apply it correctly the first time I can see this paste lasting the life of the PC and more. There are more expensive thermal paste's and thermal paste kits out there; however for my purposes off office tasks and casual gaming I did not need anything EXTREME. Great product. I use it all the time to clean dust off my computer screen. I even have another that I use to clean my glasses with. It is that effective and aids in cleaning without scratching delicate surfaces. In addition, it is easy to clean itself as dust seems to come right off the fabric. In extreme cases, I have even washed the cloth and it holds up just fine for reuse. Again great buy for the price.

I've tried other thermal pastes before, Arctic Silver is hands down the best. It really does seem to drop the CPU temp by about 5-6 degrees over other brand thermal compounds. It might not seem like much in a tube, but anyone that has put a heat sink over a CPU knows that it only takes a small little dab to cover the whole surface.Best way I've found to apply thermal paste is to put a small little drop in the center of the cpu, take the corner of a zip lock bag and place your index finger in the corner, use the zip lock baggy to evenly spread the thermal compound in a nice smooth and even covering over the cpu.If there is anything you want to make sure you get right in a computer build, it's properly cooling your CPU to prevent it from over heating. The CPU is usually one of the most expensive components in your system, spend the extra money and get a legit thermal paste.

Very new to computer hardware maintenance but it was pretty easy to apply this and to do so properly after watching a youtube video. And it seems to be doing its job and keeping my CPU cool. Still have some extra, I don't know if it stays good but I hope so because I'd like to use it again.

looks good, proof though is to see how it holds up to constant heat for a year or so
