Reasonable Price and Excellent Customer Services
Model 0634 is a good product that can be set up very easily and user friendly. It synchronized the data with the App (Balance Health) seamlessly and the integration into Apple Health was effortless. I compared several models of the monitor of Greater Goods and from other customers' comments, this model provides much better accuracy. After comparing it with my previous blood pressure monitor, the results are almost similar. We cannot expect too much from an inexpensive device. I am happy about it. My special thanks to Jasmine and Ermila for your customer service They answered my questions very promptly and solved my problems. They are courteous and have very good attitudes. There are a couple of minor improvements which I would like you to consider. (1) Can you put in a power shutdown switch at the side so that the monitor would not turn on if the start/stop button is touched accidentally during travel time? (2). Can the display of date/time be larger?

A well thought out and useful blood pressure monitor
I was hesitant to buy another blood pressure monitor. I have the prior version but there are some features of this device I absolutely love.I've owned this for 10 months. If you are looking for a review by someone with experience this with the device this is a good one to read. It is also a very positive review. There isn't anything about the device I don't like except one thing, I will get that out of the way first. My old cuff has an A/B switch. I leave it on “A” and hit the start button. On the new one you have to hit start twice. Not a big deal but when I first started using it it threw me off when I would sit back and wait for the cuff to inflate. The device is waiting for you to confirm if you are user A or user B. Since it's my cuff and only my cuff I just hit start twice now and it gets to work pretty quick.I think the construction of the cuff if better than the older model. I had to mark a spot on the old cuff where my vein is supposed to line up. This cuff has a red mark stitched into the cuff. Nice touch. It stores a lot of results. And this is the very nice part. If your phone is not handy when you take a reading, no worries. The next time you do take a reading with the app running on your phone it will sync all BP measurements to the app. And, if you really are impatient, you can get the device to sync up the readings without taking a new measurement. Just make sure your app is running when you go into memory mode and viola, the measurements are copied to the app.Your data is stored! I've noticed the app either loses my password or intentionally makes me re-enter it. BTW, resetting the password is really easy. I know. I've lost my password. Once you reset your password all of your old readings are downloaded. I have a lot of readings from both my old and new cuff stored in my appThe new model has a more sophisticated display. Kind of nice to see. There is a progress bar you can watch as the pressure builds.Today I checked the clock to see how much it has drifted and it was spot-on perfect. No clock drift and I programmed it 10 months ago.Let’s talk about the app. I still have my old cuff. They both work with the app. This is nice. The app stores the data, shows a graph, you can browse your history and you can even request a file sent to you. I've had some issues once trying to my data sent to me vial email but I finally got my data. I've been able to pull it up in to excel and make printouts and take charts to my doctor. He really liked that.It has the ability to integrate to the Apple Health application. That is kind of nice I suppose. I don't really use that to do much but someday I might be synching my health data to my doctor's portal from my iPhone. I hope my trust in Apple personal privacy is will place. I do trust Apple. Using our iPhones for health tracking probably not far in the future for us all.Of course, you can poke in your manual entries if you really want to. I don't but it's there if you want it.One suggestion to Greater Good: I don't see a way to tag or annotate readings. I don't think I would much but occasionally I want to mark a reading as after a meal or activity or make some note as to why the reading is what it was. It might be nice if the app had a set of tags and I could easily pick tags to associate with a reading when I view in history but I really don't know if that is something I would make much use of.I hope you found this review useful and helpful.

Good device but pinches arm
I've had this device for just about 1 year. I really like that you can store data for 2 people. It is easy to use, compact for travel (for the most part) and the display is easy to read. I believe it gives accurate readings. The one thing I really do not like it the cuff. It has goofy metal component that pinches my arm every time I use it for that reason alone, I am going to buy a new device.

So far, so good - excellent, really
It took a while searching on Amazon to find this perfect bp monitor. I wanted one that could upload my bp readings to my iPhone and which didn't only use batteries, that is, it would come with a charger (?), you know - something to plug it into an outlet so I didn't have to use batteries, which I believe are more or less bad for the environment. ~All I looked at had either blue tooth/batteries OR no bluetooth/plug in.So, I was pretty excited to find this one. I mean, it was the only one with the right combination. If there are others, they weren't popping up in the search. Even this one, I really mean I was searching a lot of different search term combinations before it finally came up. So if you are here, and this is the combination you want, I say buy it.Photos attached show the contents of the box I received and bp readings on my phone. It was easy to pair with my phone. After installing the Balance Health app, make sure the bp device screen is blank then press and hold MEM to see the "pair" message come up. Don't press and hold MEM with the monitor reading screen up, that allows you to delete readings at the prompt, not pair.It was very easy to do my bp readings and they went right to my phone. I need to monitor my bp because I started using CPAP machine, and my bp is supposed to go down. It actually looks like it is. It will be nice if I can stop taking bp medication.I like that the date and time is captured for each reading. I like that overall the device feels sturdy and well made. I like that my son can measure his bp as person B, and it won't get mixed up with my readings. I like the color coding of the bp readings that lets me know whether my pressure is normal or elevated. I like that I can add a Note to a specific bp reading - like - shouldn't have eaten all that pasta.

such a great tool for my health..
This little machine is very easy to use, and very accurate. I can monitor my bp anytime, and with the history in it, see how I'm managing to do in controlling it..
