I bought this unit after i had bought the tv unit, lamp table and coffee table from same company. Felt i needed something else to complete my livingroom which it has. Quick delivery.

It's a big job!
This is a nice looking unit, although not what you'd call high quality.I'd consider myself very experienced at putting together flat pack furniture but have to say this is a massive task with many, many parts. Make sure you have plenty of time and plenty of patience - it is a very strange design. Having said that, the instructions are straightforward and if you follow them carefully (and assuming the numbers haven't fallen off the parts) then you'll get there. At the front of the instructions is an exploded view of the product with all the parts shown and numbered. If you get stuck as to what a part is or where it goes just refer back to thatIt's quite thin chipboard so I would recommend NOT using a power tool to put them together. It would be easy to over-screw it. As with many of these designs, the drilled holes for rawlplugs are too big and too deep meaning that 90% of the plug ends up in 1 side. If you really wanted to do the best job I'd suggest gluing the plugs in half way with wood glue and waiting for the glue to set.The handles are very flimsy, feel like tin. The door handles screw on from the inside but unfortunately the D Cup handles for the drawers screw on from the outside and look a bit naff because of it - especially as the holes in the drawers don't quite match up with the holes in the handles.Generally speaking the construction is fine - the holes and sockets for building it up match up quite well. Be careful though - you dont get spares of the hardware. 2 of the sockets on mine were locked together in the packet and I could not get them apart so will need to contact the manufacturer for sparesThe doors fit like kitchen cupboard doors so you have that mystic art of trying to get them level on all 3 planes. The drawers just don't quite match up level but it's only minorIt's not particularly sturdy and to be honest the hardboard back is probably the part giving the most stability. It does come with hardware to screw to the wall for stability and if possible you should use this. In my case that isnt possible as the cupboard will be moved on occasionThe bottom cabinet is just a big empty space2 things would transform this into a much better piece of furniture. Firstly an internal shelf would make it far more usable. Secondly, an upright centre brace at the back and another at the front would give much more stability as well as making the door opening look much nicer. In fact, the instructions for fixing the cardboard back clearly indicate that you nail the tacks up the middle of the back. Except - you can't because there is nothing to nail them into - you'll end up just having holes in itI've still given this 4 stars overall because it does look nice, the construction came together well and it is reasonable value for money. I would not pay more than the £90 current price though. Once you factor in the 3-5 hours of work (depending on your expertise) it can end up just as cheap to buy a higher quality item or a ready made one.Edit: I contacted the supplier about the 2 unusable fixings and they replied very quickly and said they'd send some spares out. They sent these by amazon and they arrived the following day. Brilliant seller who cares about customers!

Rubbish
I put the shell together moved it ready to attach the doors and it feel apart, the locking nuts were all bent and wouldn't work,b it with patients I did manage to screw it together. Putting the draws in ,the gap was to large so had to build the runners out, two days letter I had to put a very long screw in the plinth after it came away from the cupboard, this is the worst cupboard I have ever encountered, the chipboard is sub standared, and can be dug out with your little finger, I will never buy this again utter rubbish

Cheaply made
Draws and cupboards don’t line up, both corners were chipped upon arrival, ok for a cheap unit but not great quality, you get what you pay for, looks ok
