I took this product as recommend and it did nothing . I felt no difference and after you take it for a month like your supposed to you can't return it . Very disappointed

They also appear to be dosed like the studies dosed them as well. That's a huge plus. I ran a couple of bottles and my lifts all went up considerably.But it wasn't just the lifts that improved. I gained about 5 lbs as well. My sex drive greatly improved as well. I often have creaky joints as well. They seemed to get stronger as well. The price point was great as well. This is probably the best test booster on the market.
