Great Plug. Lousy Instructions.
My complaint is similar to the 4-prong 50 Amp plug: I expected the pins to be color-coded to the wires. But they weren't. I'm not an electrician so I had to call one and have him explain the wire hook-ups.Otherwise, it's a great value.

Decent Quality Plug But...
...the strain relief leaves a lot to be desired as does the rear wiring seal.𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐭:*Well-built*Poor Strain Relief*Poor rear seal𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐭:This plug seems quite solidly built. I was pleased with the thickness of the molded plastic (i.e. it didn't seem cheap or flimsy). My only areas of concern were the strain relief and the rear seal where the wire exits the plug. The strain relief is lackluster, at best. While the design isn't bad, in and of itself, it could be markedly better. As you can see from the photo, strain relief is simply two plastic arms that snap into fittings on the plug body. If the manufacturer is going to take this approach, there should be some small metal pins to make sure these arms don't pop free (which happened more than once when I was connecting the wires to the plug assembly). Granted, once assembled, the posterior of the plug will (should) butt against the plug housing and keep the wires in place. This leads us to the rear seal. The description states the plug has a weatherproof seal. This simply isn't so. The rear seal is merely a thin rubber membrane through which the wire passes (see photo) as it exits the plug. While it would probably perform decently in a light drizzle, it most assuredly wouldn't stand up to anything moderate or severe. Water could/would very easily enter the plug assembly if exposed to even remotely harsh weather conditions.𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲: Would I purchase again? Yes. However, with the quality/engineering issues noted above - poor strain relief and lackluster weather/rear seal - it loses a star for being good but not great.

Used it for our house generator connection.
This is a heavy duty connector that I used to build an extension cable to connect our emergency generator to it's control panel. It's the type of heavy duty connector you need to use for an application like this.

Second one worked, but set screws are poorly designed
I ended up having to return my first one of these, but the replacement works well.In the first one, when I tightened the set screws on 2 of the 4 terminals, the threads stripped out. I opened the plug up, and there is a "D" shaped piece of metal where the flat side is doubled up, and the set screw is threaded into that. The two layers will separate a little bit, then the set screw will not tap into the second layer, then when you tighten down, you strip out the threads on the first layer. My advice: before you put wires in, tighten the set screws and make sure they travel easily. Make sure the screw is already seated in both layers of metal before you tighten it down. The box I bought to receive this plug used hex screws and I tightened them as tight as I was able. I didn't dare try that on this after seeing how little metal there is to grab the set screw. I still think it's secure, but I think they should re-design the terminals to be heavier duty.

Great product. Easy to install. Exactly what I needed.
This was easy to install and came with instructions.

Very good Connector
I use mine to connect from my cabin to a slightly-modified generator and this plug does it's job well. Fits tight over several years of plugging and unplugging.

Power for a kiln extension cord

Worked with my Reliance PB50 Inlet Box
Seems to be priced lower than competition and I had read Marinco actually makes the Reliance plug. Will see how it holds up through a hurricane. Only thing i wished it had stronger strain relief for the cord.
