Can this be used over a bike already treated with acf50?

The rust blocker is perfect for my needs. I spray it directly on objects which are untreated by other products so am unable to answer this particular question.

Can this be used on stainless steel door handles?

Sorry, not sure but do you need it on stainless steel? Used it on my motorbike to stop salt & road dirt corrosion. All metals - alloy and steel and it works very well. Bought this product as it came out top in an independent test by reputed motorbike insurer
