These were undeliverable (I accidentally gave the wrong address for the type of shipment) I reached out to the company and they sent them to an updated address! I got these for a loved one who lost their dog right before the holidays and these ornaments are absolutely beautiful and are the perfect memory for the Christmas tree! This company is amazing and so kind I highly recommend them!!!

I'm very happy with how my ornament turned out. Good quality 👌 nicely done. Not high quality resolution on the photo, but definitely good enough quality for the price. I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandma. Package was late, but it was here for Christmas and thats good enough for me.

I ordered this ornament for my cousin with a photo from the early 50's. Because of the shape of the photo, it only filled the center. When it arrived, she sent me a picture and it looks like a vertical cell phone photo with the blurred image on both sides. I did not like the effect-did not show that when I created it. However my cousin absolutely loved it and said the sides made it look old and like a memory. So as the giver, I was not totally pleased but the receiver was thrilled to have this memory of her family who have all passed away. She said I could not have given her a better gift.

1. The image was zoomed in, rotated, and cropped differently than the proof I submitted. This all changed the focal point and cropped out a lighthouse that was part of the overall image.2. Image quality was poor. You can see the pixels. I have done many photo gifts in the past and never had these issues.3. Not sure if it’s the fault of Amazon or the seller but it was delivered over a week late.Unfortunately this one will go in the trash and I have no interest in trying again.

Ive had to order these ornaments at least 1-2 times a year for that last few years we use them for our tree when weve lost a beloved animal! But you can use them for anything. They are fully customizable! You can adjust and size the picture but also add text. You can customize fonts and colors of texts. Great quality porcelain. Great price for great quality!
