Some of the worst quality control I have ever seen...
After installing the first of the 4 colors of toner, the printer did not "see" the toner. After close inspection, I found that the tiny computer chip installed on the toner was installed upside down. I was able to pry it out and install correctly. The printer saw the cartridge finally. I checked the 3 other colors in this set, and 2 of the remaining 3 had the same issue. So if you are not a tech, you would never see this issue. Instead of returning, I was able to fix. But clearly a manufacturer issue. There are probably thousands of these cartridges made just like this with the same issue. Where is the quality control? I would not buy this brand again.
