Cupping - 24 Piece Suction Cup Massage Therapy Set

This is not new new for me I remember about 50 years ago there were man or women expert doing this. They used real glass turn on a match into the cup reverse on the body mostly back. This was used mostly for people with back pain due to gas built up in their stomach. I was only 10 or 11 years old always fear that the match would burn their skin. It never happened I finally used it on my wife only I put cotton around a dime turn on put the cup not always successful. My wife usually went to sleep during the process. Later I saw other safer war way to perform it. I remember an actress on TV refer to it as cleansing. I believe in new technology,also I run into some insensitive doctors. Result I listen to my own body and see if it works. Therefore if you ask me.I say this works, I only wish there were more info about what spot to perform it. This device uses no fire cotton alcohol etc. one or two pumps you are there. I did it this morning all by myself and felt the result right away. Seven years on pills for OCD no result in a positive way. A very bad side effects. I read a book did much more than the pills for OCD. This ancient technology works and how easy that I could do it myself. It is like if we could bring back Leonardo Davinci back to life he goes straight to Art store and buy his paints ready made, all the time he would saved. Take advantage Relaxing about 10 minuets each spot. My doctor approved it only he suggested to rub the skin with Vaseline before suction. I pick my doctor who has traveled around the world not around the golf course. You may have your own way. Happy Relaxing

This product was priced very well but isn't top quality. That being said, what you do get is a nice cheap way to incorporate cupping into your massage practice. You get quite a bit in size options so thats very helpful, and they do maintain good suction. The only thing i don't like is that over time the plastic cups show signs of being brittle and some have cracked. They did last me quite a while for being so cheap so i cant complain. I wasn't looking for a big investment so for the price it was worth it to me and i use it as my practice set. I did enjoy the cupping procedure and the pump handle really lets you control the strength of the suction quite well. So, if you'd like to try out cupping but don't want to invest in an expensive kit, this one is the one for you! The cupping technique has helped me with my shoulder pain as it really breaks up adhesions and gives more blood flow to the area. I place the cup on a sore spot and suction the skin about half way up the cup and let it stay for a few minutes like that. Another technique is to put massage oil on the area of your skin first, then suction it a little less than half way and then slide the cup around. YouTube has some great tutorials.

I just got an email from the vendor ans realized I hadn't given my review of my cupping set. It is exactly what I wanted! It comes with so many perfect sized cups for use on different areas and I can even use it on myself when I have no other therapist around to work on me. They provide a great suction and really bring blood to the areas of stagnation and help to break up adhesions. I'm very happy with the quality as well they are not cheap flimsy plastic and of course you should handle them with care if you want them to stay in good condition. That's just common sense. I was very satisfied with this purchase and recommend this set to any LMT looking for a great price and quality! Thank you😊

I love cupping- I do it almost everyday at home to help with refered nerve pain that I have from an old injury. Cupping works! The quality of the cups seems to be a bit cheap- the suction regulators are plastic and can fall out, but they are easy to put back in. With everyday use I will be satisfied if I get a years use out of them- and for the price that is reasonable. But hey, maybe they will last longer :)

The cups turned out to be plastic, and it WAS in the main contents header, but I had not paid attention. This might not be of any difference therapeutically, but might not wear as well. The product is as described, but I found the cups almost looked used and were already slightly scuffed and fogged. I have not tried them out much to give a reliability or performance review.

"The set arrived in a timely manner & was packed well. The cupping set is as described. No problems with the connectors or cups. Easy to wash in hot soapy water. The suction pump is strong enough and feels sturdy. The cups move smoothly with a bit of oil on skin. Smooth edges to the cups even though they are plastic. I am a massage therapist and recommend this as a great beginners set."

I do professional cupping with my massage therapist and wanted to try it at home. Make sure to use moisturizer and don't leave on too long (no more than 10 minutes). I think it works great. It's a good starter kit. It's difficult to use on yourself on your back even with the extension. The cups feel a bit cheap and one has already cracked.

I like the type and variety of cupping cups; however I can't use it because the pump broke during my second use. I was very disappointed. Mind you, I haven't contacted the company yet but I do plan to see what can be done about this matter. Maybe I can get a new pump. When it worked, it worked great...until it broke.
