Nice dip station, solidly built and stable. Had an issue with one of the parts coming slightly bent, contacted customer service and received a replacement part in a few days, great service. Definitely recommend.

I ordered this dip stand to add some variety to my workouts and expand the options in my home gym. It arrived well packaged. Assembly is pretty straightforward- there’s only eight nut/bolts to put it together, with some washers. The directions are really just an exploded diagram of the thing assembled so don’t expect step-by-step but it’s easy enough to figure out and took me about 10 minutes to put together by myself after opening the box. Construction is pretty good. As you can see in some photos the welds aren’t the prettiest but seem to at least be a good bead down the length of it. The sticker advertised a max weight of 300lbs. The foam handles on the hand grips came pre-installed, and really it’s just five major pieces plus the blue triangular stabilizing pieces. Once assembled it looks good and sits flat on the ground. There are rubber feet on the bottom to prevent damage to your floor. They even include a poster with different exercises you can do with the dip stand- a lot more than just standard dips. I gave it a few sets of test dips and it felt sturdy and didn’t wobble during them. One thing I noticed is when I was first putting my weight on I felt the tiniest shift in the two bars where the hand grips are. I rechecked and all of my nuts were tight. I think there’s just a little amount of give- probably the through holes are slightly bigger allowing a tiny amount of play. I didn’t notice it after beginning my set (didn’t shift back and forth, just a tiny movement down when I first put weight on it so it probably settled into that position). I’ll keep an eye on it but honestly doesn’t have me very worried- it seems quite sturdy. Overall it’s a good buy for the price and provides good options to expand your workouts!

This ab exercise dip station was of a very good quality metal/ steel. However, I was disappointed how unstable and easily able to tip over it was. It was nice, compact, and space saving. I, unfortunately, returned it because I found a better dip station which was a bit more expensive. My new dip station is more stable and sturdier. A person who use this can tip over I would think. The better dip station has a wider base with steel bars that are similar to an upside down U. Notice on this dip station the ends are not supported by bars, making it possible to tip over. So ....my suggestion is to buy dip station with an upside down U and not a dip station like the letter C.

Easy to put together. Dense, durable and affordable. Easy to store both long lasting and grip. A definite good purchase.

Deluxe Dip station: Very solidly built. Small enough footprint that you can put it in an unused corner of the room and lighter than even most weight benches so you can move it anywhere easily. The handle padding is a very thick foam material that makes dips finally bearable, and makes a night and day difference compared to the steel dip attachments used on most cages that dig into your palm. Do not underestimate the convenience of having a dedicated dip station. At first I thought having dip attachments on the cage is a space saver, but having to unload the barbell or j hooks that are in the way becomes a chore very quickly. Even if you have side mounted dips, it could run into problems with things like sliding functional trainers, or take up holes that can be used for other things.
