I would like to say thank you to the company that mailed this item. It arrived timely, nicely packed in a box along with the key/sturdy lock, and wheels/axle. It was immediately opened and inspected and the recipient was happy to see no unnecessary scratches/scuffs, dents, or any evidence of mishandling. My concern when ordering this was that it might arrive in poor condition; it was sent as a gift for their home office. Thank you for your care in packing and shipping.

I bought this new, but it arrived wrapped in industrial wrap, the wheels were beat up, and the lock and key were in a mailing envelope. It was clearly a return, but has had a lot of heavy use already. Bin is scratched, dirty, and there are bits of garbage inside of it.

Shred bin would have been great if it had at least been wrapped in plastic. It was delivered without a box, scratched, dirty and missing the key to open the lock. It looks like it has been used for a year or so and shipped to someone else. The wheels don't even roll evenly. The bin came open, not sealed, taped or wrapped. I was so excited to have this shipped to our office and what a disappointment. It's a decent bin if you can get it new and WITH a key to the lock that comes with it.

it's a box that locks! security here is important.

Seems like good quality. You might want to purchase your own lock - the one that comes with it is a little lightweight and it is difficult to get a second key cut.
