Absolutely brilliant
Firstly, I'm 6 foot tall, and tubs and pools that are domestic have generally been an issue for me size wise as I can never stretch out in them, or enjoy them very much. The Paris edition of this company is perfect size, I'm able to stretch out well and sitting the water comes to just under my neck line. The quality of the material is excellent, which has surprised me since the tubs are made in China (I'll say no more there). The material is strong, well bonded and seamed. The plugs and wiring are nice and strong and seem well built, not this cheap plastic you see today on general electrical. Installation was easy enough, I did make a couple of mistakes, this was due to the instructions not being clear enough for me but I managed to sort it out. The pipes that protrude through the outer lining need to be lined up perfectly, this was at first difficult for me to do, so do this before you inflate and will with water (my mistake). Its easy enough once you get the hang of it, I have so far moved the pool once or twice and had no issue. With the pool inflated, it took around an hour to an hour and a half to fill from my kitchen tap using a hosepipe connection converter, I don't have an external tap. Initially I filled it with cold water and then heated using the pump from 18 degrees to 32, this process took 14 hours. I then after changing the water used the hot tap to fill it again, setting the correct water temp on my boiler, this took around an hour and a half to two hours to fully fill, much quicker and cheaper than heating the water on the pump. I had to use the pump to increase it 2 degrees, this saved a lot of time and electric. The air jets are absolutely brilliant, they create a proper jacuzzi effect and myself, my wife and my kids love it. The LED lights that fit underneath are absolutely amazing, just be sure to fit the lighting around the correct way, I found that having each LED facing towards the outside of the tub was the best - and probably the proper way to do it. The lights lit the tub up perfectly, aswell as created a lovely underglow on the under side of the tub. The remote is easy to use with 4 config buttons and a power button, there is no sensor to aim the remote at, it works just like a Bluetooth remote. The pump and the LED lights are powered separately, so you'll need 2 power sockets to gain full experience. I also purchased the lay z spa mats to go under the tub, fit perfectly and make it look very nice. Cover is great, and very insulating, the inflatable ring inside helps to keep the heat in. We lose on average 2-3 degrees per night without heat or filtration. Where I live we have very cold nights, so this is a testament to the insulating properties of the tub. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this tub, it's cheap enough - I paid £450 for it, and a small amount per day to heat it if I want to use it. Phenomenal piece of kit, go get yourselves one.

Worst instructions ever but lovely little spa
Instructions were HORRENDOUS. half of the instructions were on the box the other half in a booklet. Not sure why they aren’t all together on one piece of paper, you have to cut the instructions off of the box to keep for future reference. The actual spa once heated was lovely, took a while to heat and it dropped quickly once turned off (April 2025, weather was warm but evenings cold). I think we need to fill it with more water as looks a little flat but otherwise the led lights are a nice touch. (Wouldn’t work for ages and again no instructions- had to reset the remote using a you tube video). Would consider warming the water from the tap in future and using an adapter to get the water into the tub as the length of time to heat is really quite long. Also quite noisy when bubbles are on. Otherwise a good buy

Truly impressed
I’m quite a syndical / critical sole, so for me to give a 5* rating across the board is most unusual! Really impressed with quality and content of this item- We purchased the Paris tub. In my opinion worth investing in a good floor base- we went for decking + foam matting, and overhead cover (we went for a haxnicks sunbubble- which also helps keep water warm). Bubbles and lights are superb. For an inflatable (compared to cost of fixed hot tub that you would pay ten times more this superb value. Only concern as a new purchaser is longevity and spares/repairs, especially pump/heater which to be honest I’ve not looked into yet at still enjoying the novelty of having hot tub!!! Enjoy

Excellent product, perfect for our needs and much less hassle than I imagined to set up.
Value for money, not difficult to get set up and maintain. Once we had the chlorine/pH levels sorted it's been easy to keep the levels right and have used the tub every day since it was set up.

Paradise comes to Portsmouth
The Quality is amazing. Everything you need comes in one box. Instructions are idiot proof which is ideal for me. Didn't take long to fill up, but with the 2 degrees rise in temperature per HR, It took a good 18 hrs to heat. Recommend you do this overnight when energy rates are cheapest. When ready just jump in and feel the heat and bubbles take you away to your favourite place. Chemistry is simple use the output pipe in the spa to attach the chem block cage, as supplied. Chem blocks not supplied. Rate this product up there with the invention of the sandwich.

Quite expensive but just about worth it
The instructions left me confused. I have a physics degree and work in software engineering. The are generic and you have to figure out what applies to yours and what doesn't. Once you figure it out, it's great. It can heat up 1.5-2 degrees hour, so to get to 40 degrees can take 15+ hours, so some planning on when you need it hot is required. The bubbles are ok. Cold air which lowers the water temperature quickly. In "proper" hot tubs they would be water jets instead and more intense. The bubbles do a reasonable job of relaxing aching muscles. Very noisy with the bubbles running. Overall though, I love it. Be sure to clean the filters regularly, use chlorine tablets and water ph controls. Also worth getting the foam floor matt, makes it nicer to sit in.

Split after 3 months use
Rubbish will not buy one again. 2nd one now only used for 3 months last year and oacked away. Useless x2 splits in the seems and same issue with air jets splitting. Worst design would not buy again. Used carefully waste of money
