No instructions, but one you figure which side is up, they slide on and off pretty easily and stay in place I use them intermittanly through out my day Work very well

Little clumsy but functional for the price
They are pretty decent and got me through with my standard glasses but did cause my one lens to pop out. I used them while I waited for my prescription safety glasses to come in.
