Very comfortable, from a non-pro rider
This saddle is awesome and surprisingly comfortable. I am not a professional cyclist, just an ordinary person who enjoys riding. For me, this saddle feels great even without my padded cycling shorts. Well worth the money in my opinion. Great product!!!

Didn't know a saddle could be so comfortable!
I purchased my first non-walmart bike (a Jamis Nova, cyclo-cross bike) this summer but unfortunately was not pleased with the seat that was on it. I searched the web for recommendations on the best bike seats for women and ended up coming across this saddle. When I found it on Amazon for around $50, I was hesitant to purchase it.In my attempt to find something local and be able to try it out, I found a local bike shop that had seats for lending - allowing you to take and try them for a week. They didn't have this saddle specifically, but I tried multiple seats, paying close attention to the things I liked vs. the things I didn't. I eventually decided the Selle could be exactly what I was looking for, so I decided to go for it. I was not at all disappointed. As I'm new to the biking community and am by no means a professional bike rider, nor do I compete compete, all of my rides have been under 20 miles. I never thought a bike seat could be so comfortable though until I bought this one! The wide cut out all the way down the middle relieved pressure on the sensitive parts no matter what position I was in on the bike. The wider saddle was also a welcome change to what I had been using, as my seat bones now feel properly supported. Even the contorted shape on top makes it comfortable. It may take playing around with it to get the proper tilt, but once you do, you'll never want to go back!

Saddles with a too small cutout would feel like they were pinching me after a while
I recently decided that I want to be able to ride a century, but all the saddles I've tried: 3 Specialized saddles, 2 Terry's, a Brooks Cambium C15 (the most pain I've ever experienced with a saddle), and a WTB Deva were uncomfortable after a couple hours riding. Saddles with a too small cutout would feel like they were pinching me after a while, and the WTB Deva without a cutout was a bit better, but I had to squirm around on it constantly to try to get comfortable. So I decided to try saddles with a super huge cutout. I read the reviews of the Selle SMP TRK Large and thought I might give it a try even though it looked too wide and too padded. My first ride was about 2 hours long and I really thought that this was the one. There was no pinching and I liked how it kept me locked in one position that was fairly comfortable. However when I tried a 50 mile ride I experienced a lot of chafing on the front of my crotch from the padding on the beak even though I had liberally applied anti-chafing cream to that area. That burning sensation stuck around for a few days. I don't think I could have ridden with that saddle a 2nd day in a row. I sat on the bike to try to adjust the saddle tilt, and even that made me wince. I decided to keep it in case I want to do a shorter ride or to take a break from other saddles while I'm still searching for the one.

Best Women's Saddle Around
I absolutely love this saddle. I'd experienced a ton of discomfort while training for the Seattle to Portland ride. My discomfort all landed in the lady bits - the front soft tissue rather than my rear end. I even had one ride where it hurt to pee afterwards. I tried tilting my seat slightly forward, bought the more expensive most popular ladies Selle saddle and experienced a tiny bit of improvement, but was still incredibly sore during every ride and dreaded the thought of the 205 miles I was about to do. Finally I found an article online that seemed to perfectly describe the issue I was having and recommended a wider channel and a downward pointing nose. The saddle they recommended was hellishly expensive though, so I did some more searching and came across this one. For the price I had nothing to lose! I was so convinced that this was the right choice that I literally rode it for the first time during the STP ride - and it was amazing!!! All of my usual discomforts were gone (or at least seriously mitigated) and I was finally able to feel the other discomforts of riding a double century (in my case, achilles and quad pain) instead of being desperately focused on my lady parts the whole ride! I couldn't be happier with this saddle.

... "Selle Italia lady gel flow" which I was very happy with. However
My first saddle was a "Selle Italia lady gel flow" which I was very happy with. However, on rides longer than 50km, I would start to shift my seat position to relieve soreness that I thought was just part n parcel with cycling. Then my husband bought me a new bike and replaced the stock saddle with a Selle SMP TRK. On the first couple short rides I wasn't sure it was any better than my old saddle. As I did longer rides I was soon really impressed with how comfortable my seat was. Long rides >80km the saddle is still very comfortable! I love how this saddle has made cycling so much more enjoyable and not only that but it is a beautiful looking saddle as well.
