This was great until it wasn’t.....Entertained my dog for a while, she enjoyed the tug. Sturdy ish for a while. Unfortunately, I had to throw away as she is a mild chewer and frayed one end. As soon as one string is pulled/loose the whole thing started to unravel. Not safe for dog after that.

This item highlights it's durability but my dog was able to reack this thing within two weeks. He's a one year old pointer, about 50 pounds. We keep it from him when we aren't using it for a game of tug of war so it's not like he is sitting in his dog bed gnawing away. Nonetheless it's unrecognizable - canvas strpa are long gone, jute is torn and pulled off. This thing looks like a dead animal!Your mileage may vary, of course!

Albert ripped it to shreds. It did take him a couple of days which is better than most. He really took to it.

Lasted less then an hour before dog had ripped handle off playing tug.

Great product, have a Mastive Pitt have trained him completely of release and when to hold on with this product, plus it's a great diffuser on focus

What a dog needs for a tug it is very durable

Not meant for larger dog breeds.Only took about 1/2 hour to destroy it
