So comfortable!
As it’s thicker than any of the others I’ve seen it’s so comfortable for floor work especially if you’ve got a painful lower back. It provides good support . I’m 5’8 and the length is a good size. Good value for money.

Actually titled a Yoga mat, but the wife has found it softer and more comfortable using a yoga mat for Pilates, the extra thickness of the mat is more comfortable.
