This says pack of 2, but the image says 24 pack. Is this 2 (ea) 24 packs? Or is this 2 (ea) 12 packs? Wawa sells these in store as 12 packs...

Why are these almost double the price that I can pay at Wawa? I just paid $8.99 for a box of 12.
