Crunchy and tasty. Good plain or with peanut butter or lunch meat like turkey. Crumbly- in a good way. Low calorie- 35 calories per rice cake. Filling.

Great Snack
My fave gluten free snack to make with this is - spread peanut butter on top, add sliced apples, and sprinkle a bit of cinnamon. I love the crunch!

I Eat These Daily
I love these rice cakes because of their hint of salt. If you regularly eat salted foods, you will think these rice cakes tastes like cardboard. But for those of us who watch their sodium intake, it is nice to find a food item that we can eat. I eat them mostly with unsalted creamy peanut butter but also plain. Also, since I do not eat popcorn anymore, these rice cakes give me the crunchiness that I crave. They are low in carlories, sodium, no added sugars, low carbs, to name a few of their positive notes.

Lightly salted....
but SOMETIMES they are inconsistent with SALT.. NO salt.. Extra salt then Perfect salt LIGHT ..for flavor and s sodium awareness... GOOD SNACK. Have had 5..or 6 bags...2 WERE OVER SALTED.. an obvious error.. man? machine? No idea.

Delicious and Low Calorie
Low calorie snacks aren’t usually this tasty! As with all Quaker products, these are great quality and fresh. And surprisingly filling! Especially when you take advantage of the versatility. There are so many different ways to eat these! You can eat them plain, with peanut butter and/or jelly, tomatoes and mozzarella, avocado, deli meat, the possibilities are endless!
