Grandstream Networks Android Enterprise Conference Phone (GAC2500)

Worth every cent. Great sound, Functionality and Reliable. Pretty much sums it up, these are my new go to for all offices.

The two things preventing 5 stars are:1. The UI is confusing to everyone in the office, and we're a software company2. The CAT5 connector comes out at a right angle to the device. That's problematic on every conference table because the cable inevitably kinks, twists and takes hard angles.Other than that, we get constant compliments on how fancy it looks. Call quality is excellent, and it hears the room without having to get loud. The PoE was a smart feature that keeps the table clean.

I've installed the grandstream Conference Phone (GAC2500) in a business conference room it died after 9 months of regular use it went completely dead it would not power up with POE or direct power supply Granstream honored the 1 year warranty

We purchased 2 of there thru a local reseller.Loved both of them, until our first one died 13 months after we bought it (Granstream honored the 1 year warranty)Second one died 15 months later....Curiously both had the same screen issue (touch went wild and unsable)

Very effective

Don't buy if you pretend to use any modern android app (like teams) on it as it runs a really old and outdated version

This thing is fantastic in our conference room.

Works great but the interface could use some improvement, someone not very techie will definitely have trouble setting it up.
