Plug is not UK adapter
Can’t recharge as plug is not uk convenientIt’s a 2 pin thin plug???Not stated when purchased

Not a UK plug.
Unfortunately I did not read the previous comments about this article. This product comes from America and has a US plug which is no good in UK since you would have to buy a converter adapter. I have returned it for full refund. I cannot understand why Amazon allow this product to be sold in the UK without adequate warning.

Very good
Bought it from shark website for £60. It's amazing for quick jobs around the house. Powerful enough.

Charger was US style and cannot be used in the UK. Had to purchase a UK fitting costing £13.99.
Great product, but it came with a US style plug on the charger. I had to buy a charger with UK standard three pin plug costing an extra £13.99 There was also no mounting dock as shown in the instruction leaflet.

Rubbish, do not waste your money!
I already have a large Shark vac which is great on my main carpeted areas, but is a bit cumbersome when using on the stairs. I have a wife and two girls all with very long hair and it gets everywhere, believe me! Consequently, I have to vacuum daily. I bought this cordless version purely for use for vacuuming the stairs, and from the claims made by Shark should have handled the job with ease. It doesn’t! It doesn’t have enough suction to lift the pile, nor does the hair attachment have any affect at all! I intend to return this product for a full refund. Just one thing to note please, my large corded Shark vac is excellent…

Tool missing
I purchased this item for my daughter when it arrived there was a tool missing it is the one that is labelled I or j in the instruction manual
