does this fit a rabbit

Will this fit a lionhead rabbit, which is about 2-3 pounds (very tiny but lots of fur)? Thanks

The measurements on the Top of add say 7x7x7. In the product description it says, Product Dimensions: 0.3 x 8 x 9.5 inches, true dimensions pls?
