At £12, this is £2 a month - and contains pretty much everything you need bar zinc. I have various medications I take daily and I always seem to be low in iron, according to my blood tests, so these are ideal. I'm in my 60s, so wayyy past the menopause, but anything with the B vitamins, particularly B6, seems to help me. Horses for courses I suppose, but if you don't think you're getting the right balance of minerals and vitamins in your diet, this is a great option.The pills aren't as huge as I'd feared, so they're easy to swallow. As my fellow reviewers have noted, the flat pack is so much easier to store, it's a great idea. Definitely a repeat buy for me, these are some of the best all rounders I've found.

Easy to swallow one a day multivitamins with iron. This contains 180 tablets which should last you about 6 months.They are quite small, I've often had a slightly larger tablet with multivitamins, and are pretty tasteless. There's no horrible aftertaste.

Great value for money given this is a 6-month supply. It's easy to take and I'm a fan of the slimline packaging as it takes up less space being stored. A good all-round multivitamin with iron.

A good size and easy to swallow.. Packaging is great as its letterbox friendly.

These aren't bad. The content is fairly comprehensive but not having any Zinc lets them down at least for my needs.There are fairly easy to swallow and there isn't much of a taste or after taste. The container is good as it takes up little room.These are currently good value for money.
