The first day I walked into my yoga class with my brand new yoga mat from Nayoya I had lots of stares and then one question : where did you get such a beautiful yoga mat?Same thing happened when I brought my yoga mat to the aerobics room in my gym to stretch and plank! Hehe, I truly love this mat!!! Not just because it gets so many compliments but because of how well put together this mat is. I was so surprised that this mat is being sold for not even $25 and am now even more surprised because of the quality, beauty of it and even the accessories.This mat came with a carry bag to store or carry but it also comes with bright yellow straps that you can attach of detach so that your mat can go over your shoulder. Whats great about the straps is how well it contrasts from the beautiful green color of the yoga mat, which has a beautiful matching yellow logo in the center.For those who do not like too many colors, have no worries as this mat is double sided, with one of the sides being completely green, a beautiful shade of green by the way. I don't know if it's a placebo effect due to the description of this mat or not but it seems that this color is a great relaxer. When I am planking on it, I seem to be more relaxed, focused on keeping my pose and breathing better. The color really adds to a more relaxed state of mind, but maybe it's just a placebo effect on me.This mat is really thick, I measured it right under 1/2 inch in thickness, and this helped aid my back, elbows and knees during yoga poses, stretching and planks which is very importtant because my previous yoga mat which wasnt as thick left my elbows and knees bruised and sore all the time. The thickness of this mat enables me to not feel the floor underneath me during my routines. A+ FOR COMFORT!!!!For the price this mat is great. The thickness and length is perfect, the double sided use is an added extra for preference, the mat rolls up easy and can be carried using the attachable carry straps or the carry bag, either way it's a win win purchase.Wooof, I was not expecting to leave such a lengthy review but I absolutely LOVE THIS MAT!!!!!! =)

Good for working out, not so much for yoga. Way too padded. Also bothers me that when I roll it for storage when I get it back out it has all these crack looking things all over it.

I like green. That being said, this is spongy, tears easily, and is quite stretchy. I doubt it will hold up long. I have used it 5 times or so, for yoga and boot camp classes. I try not to be overly rough with it, to extend it's life, but I think I will be lucky if it lasts a year (2 yoga/boot camp classes a week). I do like the extra cushion this has, as it is thicker than your typical yoga mat, but that extra cushion is what allows it to tear easily and be very stretchy. If you are doing poses at the end of the mat, you need to be cautious as the mat will move with you, if you slide your foot, the mat will also slide, though possibly not as much as your foot might. Minimal odor to it, should not effect buying decision. Great carrying strap and great carrying case, was worth the money for me, as I didn't have to buy a lot of extras with it since they all came with it. So if I end up buying a another mat in a year or so, will not have to buy strap or bag to go with it.

In the beginning, this mat served its purpose well. Few months later, the mat became so slippery on both sides. I can no longer use it properly since this mat won't stay on the floor and get folded when I try to do exercises on it. Dangerous to use it now. So disappointed.

Might be good for a nap...super comfy but a little too squishy for real exercise.

I previously was using a thin yoga mat which would slide all over the hardwood floor and then ripped after 2 weeks of use. I purchased this mat because of the thickness of it and because it came with carry straps and a storage carry bag. For the price this is a great value and a very good quality mat with durability, which is just what I needed. This mat is almost 1/2" in thickness and doesn't get compressed after use. It's also non slip and doesn't slide all over the place which provides me with stability during exercise while also being gentle on my back, knees and body. Great for home use.

This mat offers thickness and sticking power so I don't slide, but it won't roll out immediately, so still curls up at the ends. It's made of some sort of foam that also got snagged immediately by some unseen forces on the floor. So, doesn't seem like top grade materials by far -- I can't roll it up because when I roll it out again, it just won't ever lay flat.

I am very happy with this yoga mat. I recently got into yoga a little over 5 weeks ago and already went through 2 mats which seemed to be very flimsy and made me feel bruised up after my yoga sessions because I can almost feel my body touching the floor. I went on a quest to find a better quality yoga mat to exercise on which would also be considerably thicker then the previous mats I used. This yoga mat does just that. It's extra thick and gives my body the comfort I was looking for as well as quality.
