Friend was delighted with it as it was for a present

Not quite as described, but okay
There’s a couple of things that differ between the description on the box (which matches the Amazon description) and the product inside. Firstly, it says that it contains three non-replaceable cell batteries. This is not the case. There’s a battery cover on the bottom (you’ll need a screwdriver) and it needs 3 x AA batteries (not included). The box does contain a leaflet that says this, but there’s no way of knowing this information before you open it. It also says that six phrases are spoken, including “Pivot”. This is not one of the phrases. Ross says: “We were on a break”, “I’m fine” and “I’m the holiday armadillo”. All quite easy to make out. Rachel’s voice is a bit less distinct. She says: “I got off the plane” ...and I have honestly forgotten the two other things... nothing iconically Rachel though. The figures come off - presumably to be played with - but you need to put them back on the right spots to get the right phrases. They are about 3 inches tall (that’s a guess as I wrapped it before writing this review).All in all, it’s okay. I’m giving it to an avid Friends fan who already has all the Funko Pop things and who will probably like it no matter what, but there’s better merchandise out there and definitely better-described items!

Fun gift
Gift for my Friends obsessed Son. Fairly realistic voice sounds, good selection of well known phrases. Good price

Good product but had to order 2
Good product, it is a gift so not out of the box yet however you are required to order a min of 2 as apparently there are 2 characters. You get 2 sets delivered! So you should be allowed to purchase the quantity of 1

My 11 year old daughter was delighted with this. She’s a big friends fan

Glad I went for the smaller cheaper one
Not great quality for money, sound quality is poor, but my daughter did like the novelty factor and it takes pride of place on her desk.

Decent for half price
The media could not be loaded. It’s alright if you get it for the sale price as I don’t think it’s worth £12. The audio is not as good as I was hoping and Rachel’s is quite bad. Overall it’s nice and cute to look at but I’d recommend waiting for the discounted price.

I hoped the voices would be clearer and the snippets chosen more significant
